Powerful Grounding Meditation to Clear Energy & Restore Balance
Grounding Meditation
Begin by taking a few minutes of deep, intentional breathing. With each inhale, allow your body to relax. With each exhale, release any tension. Now, bring your focus to a point a couple of inches behind your eyes—the expansive space at the center of your head. This is your place of neutrality.
To locate this space, imagine drawing a vertical line from the center of your eyes and a horizontal line between your ears. The intersection of these lines is where the pineal gland sits—the center of your brain. This space is believed to activate your clairvoyance, or clear seeing. You may see a void or a bright white light. It doesn’t matter—simply allow yourself to settle into this neutral space.
Calling Back Your Energy
Once you are in this space of neutrality, begin calling back all of your personal energy across time, space, direction, and reality. There’s no right or wrong way to do this. Imagine this energy traveling back into your Golden Sun, positioned about five feet above your head.
This energy holds everything that makes you, you—your joy, pain, emotions, thoughts, successes, and failures. Let go of judgment. Your Golden Sun transmutes this energy into pure Divine Energy and returns it to you at the highest vibration your body can handle. Trust that your body knows exactly what to do.
Grounding Into the Earth
Shift your attention to your root chakra, located at the base of your spine. This is the energy center that grounds you and makes you feel safe.
Visualize a ball of energy at your root chakra. It can be any color that resonates with you. Imagine this ball expanding until it reaches the width of your hips. Now, allow it to descend down to the center of the Earth.
As it moves, see it traveling through the floor, deep into the soil, past roots, rocks, and layers of the Earth’s crust—until it reaches the Earth’s magnetic core. As your energy ball anchors into this core, it hollows out and expands into a vacuum, gently pulling out anything that:
• Is not 100% yours
• Is not 100% loving, high-vibrational energy
Feel this vacuum effect pulling energy up from your cervix or pelvic floor, moving through your body, collecting any stagnant energy, and releasing it down into the Earth.
Releasing Stagnant Energy
Do not judge what comes up. Pain, fear, and trauma were once protectors, helping you survive difficult situations. They did their job. Now, thank them for their service and allow them to melt down your grounding cord into the Earth.
Your grounding cord will continue clearing throughout the day without you needing to consciously think about it.
Calling in a Cosmic Wash
Once you’ve released all unwanted energy, your body needs to replenish itself.
Imagine a golden, healing light entering the crown of your head and washing through your body like a mini car wash. This Cosmic Wash clears out any remnants of negative energy, flushing them down your grounding cord. You can skip this step if you’re short on time, but it’s a powerful way to reset your energy.
Reclaiming Your Energy & Strengthening Your Auric Field
Now, shift your focus back to your Golden Sun. Imagine it holding all of your energy from the beginning of time to the end of your existence. This is your soul’s true essence.
Visualize the Golden Sun descending through your body, filling every part of you with liquid golden light:
• Head & Brain – Clarity, wisdom, and alignment
• Torso & Organs – Strength, vitality, and resilience
• Hips & Legs – Stability, confidence, and purpose
• Feet & Auric Field – Protection and energetic boundaries
Your auric field extends about five feet in all directions, forming a golden shield around you. This shield deflects any energy that does not serve you while allowing in only the highest vibrations.
Checking In Before Closing
Take a moment to notice how you feel. Do you feel lighter? Clearer? More grounded? Simply observe any shifts without judgment. Honor whatever has changed within you.
Setting Your Daily Intentions
Now, melt your auric field into your grounding cord and take a moment to set your intentions for the day.
You might say:
🌀 Just for today, I will not be angry.
🌀 Just for today, I will not worry.
🌀 Just for today, I will be grateful.
🌀 Just for today, I will do honest work.
🌀 Just for today, I will be kind to all beings.
Or, you can customize your intentions based on your needs:

🌀 I am grounded, present, and protected.
Closing Your Practice
To seal your practice, say:
🌀 I am now grounded. Only the highest vibrations may enter my physical body or energetic space throughout the day until I make this vow again.
And so shall it be.
A Reminder for Repetition
The more you practice this meditation, the more effortlessly grounded, centered, and protected you will feel throughout your day. Come back to this anytime you need to reset and realign.
